Young Girl Attempt To Pinch-Zoom Old Digital Camera Is Peak Gen-Z Vs Millenial Moment
Unaware of the mechanics of the traditional camera, the little girl tried zooming in the image with her finger but failed miserably.

With the advent of technology, our lives have become much easier. It has been a fascinating ride to witness the development of computing technology from the first analog machines to the contemporary digital devices that we use today. While millennials are trying to keep up with the technological developments in recent times, the present generation is completely baffled by the constructs and operations of past gadgets. Walking along a similar vein, a video of a little girl trying to pinch-zoom a digital camera mistaking it for the touch-screen ones has once again highlighted the difference between millennials and Gen Z.

The now-viral video doing the rounds on the internet has captured the attention of social media users. Dropped on Instagram, it shows a young girl desperately attempting to grasp the function of a digital camera. The modern camera found today often comes with a touch-screen where an individual can operate the device with their fingers. In contrast, the digital camera comes with a separate zoom-in and zoom-out button or a dial that needs to be rotated. However, since the girl seemed to be unaware of the same, she continued trying to zoom the image shown on the screen but in obvious vain. After repeating herself a few more times, the kid got frustrated and threw her hands in the air in despair.

As soon as the hilarious clip surfaced on the web, the online community was quick to mark their presence in the comments, reacting to the video. “Oh no, kids don’t know how the stuff they don’t know works! How terrible we are totally lost!” wrote one disappointed individual. “Sad true and it wasn’t a very old camera,” lamented another. Begging to differ, a third user pointed out, “Every generation struggles with older and newer technology. There’s nothing here to start hating on the new generation. Everyone takes time to figure stuff out.” Others who were amused simply dropped a string of laughing emojis.

So far, the video has garnered over 4,72,000 views and more than 6,300 likes on Instagram. What is your take on this?
